Jennifer Tilly was born in Los Angeles, California on September 16th 1958. The circumstances were extremely miserable. Her mother was a schoolteacher and an unsuccessful actor, while her father sold automobiles. Jennifer was the second child in a family of four children, was often at her mother's performance in the theater and extremely impressed. Jennifer's parents separated after she turned five. Jennifer was raised in British Columbia by her mother, who moved with her siblings. Jennifer didn't get the best education, even though she was being a talented young person. As a result of her education in the public schools of Canada, Jennifer was the subject of much bullying. Her interest began to wane in the theater during the time she was in high school. Her mother urged her to take on different roles in productions. Every child was motivated by their mothers to pursue a love for the arts. She immediately took action.
