Jennifer Tilly, born on September 16, 1958 at Los Angeles under extremely poor conditions. Her father worked as a salesman, and her mother worked as a teacher. Jennifer, as the second child of four, frequently went to theater shows with her mother. She was amazed. Jennifer's parents divorced at the age of 5 years old. Jennifer was brought up within British Columbia by her mother who moved there with her four siblings. Jennifer wasn't a student although as a kid she was a talented artist. As a child Jennifer often became being the target of bullies in Canadian schools. Her interest in theater was fading in high school she started taking part in shows together with her mom. Every child was encouraged by their mom to follow their passion of art. She then immediately started acting.
