Michele Carey, born Michele Lee Henson, was the child of Stanley Willard Henson, Jr who was a physician in America, and Thelma B. Burnell Henson. Michele Carey, or Michele Lee Henson, was first born February 26, 1942 in Annapolis, Maryland, United States of America. When she was a teen she had a great talent pianist and took home an award at the national Chicago Music Festival when she was only 13 years old. Fort Collins High School, where she received her high-school education in the year 1960 and was where the family of her parents moved to.
